Photos and videos you take stay inside the app's own gallery on your device. Use Save to Photos on the result screen to put a copy in your iOS photo library, or Share to send it somewhere else.
No. All face detection and rendering happen on your device. Your photos, videos and face data are never uploaded. See the Privacy Policy.
Grinny Pro unlocks couple characters — matching pairs that two faces wear together in two-player mode — lets you use each new weekly character two weeks before everyone else, and saves your photos without the corner signature mark. Taking photos, photo strip, collage and two-player mode itself are free for everyone: anyone can point the camera at two faces and pick a character for each. Pro is what lets you apply a matching pair to both faces in one tap. It is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) and supports Family Sharing.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your device open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Grinny, then cancel or change plan. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date stops the next charge.
Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore Purchases. If that does not help, email us with the Apple receipt and we will sort it out.
Grinny needs camera permission. Open Settings → Grinny and turn Camera on. If it was already on, close the app fully and reopen it.
Everything Grinny stores lives on your device. Deleting a photo in the app's gallery removes it, and deleting the app removes all of it at once.

커플 캐릭터(2인 모드에서 두 얼굴이 한 쌍으로 쓰는 세트)가 열리고, 매주 추가되는 새 캐릭터를 남들보다 2주 먼저 쓸 수 있으며, 모서리 시그니처 마크 없이 저장됩니다. 촬영·네컷·콜라주와 2인 모드 자체는 누구나 무료입니다 — 두 얼굴을 함께 찍고 각자 캐릭터를 고르는 것은 무료이고, 한 쌍을 한 번에 배정하는 커플 세트가 Pro입니다. 자동 갱신 구독(월 또는 연)이며 가족 공유를 지원합니다.
구독 관리는 Apple이 담당합니다. 기기에서 설정 → [내 이름] → 구독으로 들어가 Grinny를 선택하면 해지하거나 요금제를 바꿀 수 있습니다. 갱신일 24시간 전까지 해지하면 다음 결제가 이루어지지 않습니다.
앱에서 페이월을 열고 구매 복원을 눌러주세요. 그래도 안 되면 Apple 영수증과 함께 메일 주시면 처리해 드립니다.
Grinny는 카메라 권한이 필요합니다. 설정 → Grinny에서 카메라를 켜주세요. 이미 켜져 있었다면 앱을 완전히 종료한 뒤 다시 열어보세요.
Grinny가 저장하는 것은 전부 기기 안에 있습니다. 앱 갤러리에서 사진을 지우면 삭제되고, 앱을 삭제하면 한 번에 모두 사라집니다.
