Grinny runs entirely on your device. Your photos, videos and face data are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. There are no accounts, no ads, and no analytics or tracking SDKs. Only two kinds of information leave your device: what Apple and our subscription provider need to process a purchase, and anonymous error reports that tell us when something in the app breaks.

Error reports never contain photos, videos, the camera image, screenshots or face data.
There are no advertising networks, analytics services or social SDKs in this app.
Error reports are used only to keep the app working — to find what broke and fix it. They are never used to build a profile of anyone, to contact anyone, or for advertising. To make that so: no user ID or subscription ID is attached, IP addresses are not stored, no screenshots are taken, no record is kept of what you tap or which screens you visit, links to your photos are removed before a report is sent, and the app's internal log messages are not included.
Photos and videos you make are stored in the app's gallery on your device, and stay there until you delete them or delete the app. If you save a copy to your iOS photo library or share it, that copy is governed by wherever you put it. We keep no copies because we never receive any.
Purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat are kept for as long as needed to run and support your subscription.
Grinny is a general-audience camera app. It does not ask for a name, email, birthday or any other personal information, it has no social feed, no user-generated content hosting and no advertising. The only thing the app sends on its own is the anonymous error reports described above, which are used solely to keep the app working and are not linked to any person. No personal information is knowingly collected from children. Purchases require Apple's parental approval where the device is set up for it.

Photos, videos, face data, settings and downloaded content stay on your device; we cannot access them. Information stored on your device is used only because the app needs it to work.
Transfers: these providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards they offer (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
How long: purchase records for as long as needed to run and support your subscription; error reports only as long as needed to investigate and fix the problem.
Your rights: you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Because we do not collect your name, account or any ID, we may not be able to link data to you — but write to us and we will do what we can. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children: Grinny does not ask for consent to process personal data, has no accounts, and does not profile users or show advertising.

이 앱에는 광고 네트워크·분석 서비스·소셜 SDK가 없습니다.
오류 보고는 앱이 제대로 동작하게 하는 데에만 씁니다 — 무엇이 고장 났는지 찾아 고치는 것. 누군가의 프로필을 만들거나, 누군가에게 연락하거나, 광고에 쓰지 않습니다. 이를 위해 사용자 ID·구독 ID를 붙이지 않고, IP 주소를 저장하지 않으며, 스크린샷을 찍지 않고, 무엇을 눌렀는지·어느 화면을 봤는지 기록하지 않으며, 보고를 보내기 전에 사진을 가리키는 링크를 지우고, 앱 내부 로그 메시지를 포함하지 않습니다.
만드신 사진·영상은 기기 안 앱 갤러리에 저장되며, 직접 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 그대로 있습니다. iOS 사진 앱에 저장하거나 공유한 사본은 그 저장 위치의 정책을 따릅니다. 저희는 애초에 받지 않으므로 사본을 보관하지 않습니다.
Apple과 RevenueCat이 보유하는 구매 기록은 구독 운영·지원에 필요한 기간 동안 보관됩니다.
Grinny는 일반 이용자용 카메라 앱입니다. 이름·이메일·생년월일 등 어떤 개인정보도 요구하지 않고, 소셜 피드나 이용자 콘텐츠 호스팅, 광고가 없습니다. 앱이 스스로 보내는 것은 위에서 설명한 익명 오류 보고뿐이며, 이는 앱이 제대로 동작하게 하는 데에만 쓰이고 어떤 사람과도 연결되지 않습니다. 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 결제는 기기가 그렇게 설정된 경우 Apple의 보호자 승인을 거칩니다.

이용자 권리: 열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한·이동을 요청하거나 처리에 반대할 수 있습니다. 저희는 이름·계정·ID를 수집하지 않아 데이터를 특정인과 연결하지 못할 수 있지만, 메일 주시면 가능한 범위에서 처리합니다. 거주 국가의 개인정보 감독기관에 민원을 제기할 수도 있습니다.
